Shipping Policy: Acquire Shipping Information for Christmas Products

We accept all major credit cards.

Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will cost extra - Pls email us for shipping cost at:

Standard shipping is UPS Ground. Shipping time is typically 3-10 business days. Please allow 2-3 days for order processing.

UPS Express is also available for an extra charge. Charges vary depending on the amount of your order and will be calculated during the online order process.

Selecting 3 day shipping does not guarantee you will receive your merchandise in three days. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing on in stock merchandise.

If the merchandise is out of stock you will be notified.

Please order by December 15 to insure delivery by Christmas. If you order after that date while there is every chance you can get your merchandise in time for Christmas, we cannot guarantee it. As it draws nearer to Christmas orders pile up and stock runs low. Please keep that in mind and order as EARLY as possible.

Christmas-decorations-store.com cannot be held responsible for delays in shipping for any reason. Christmas-decorations-store.com is not liable for any package once it has picked up from our location by a shipping company.

Any refusal of an order upon receipt will not constitute a return. A return must be authorized by Christmas-decorations-store.com.
